Raging Mortals T&C [TERMS & CONDITIONS]: All player must read this before playing, if anyone is caught breaking any of the rules then the staff of Raging Mortals may jail you depending on the severity of your case. If you get jailed and havent read the rules of the game then the excuse " I didnt know" wont work ! If you get caught braking the rules then this is what will happen: You may get given a warning - that is down to the particular staff member to decide and is at there discretion You will get jailed for a length of time - depending on your case All gains will be taken back from you, if any Account deletion is a rare occurrence, and may happen in severe cases, i.e attempting to hack into players account or trying to gain acces to internal pages which havent been made open to the public for security of the site. 1. Multiple Accounts Players must only have ONE account. Players are not allowed to train another players account. Players are not allowed to swap or trade accounts. If you are caught braking this rule then it will be treated as a multiple account and will result in the following punishments: Main Account (to be decided by Staff) 5 days or more, depending on the situation All Other Accounts 365 days. These accounts will be deleted. If you find yourself in jail you MUST ONLY deal with the staff member who jailed you. 2. Illegal Transfers No players on the same ip address are allowed to exchange funds, buy or sell items on the market or battle each other. Players dont have to be on the same computer just the same ip i.e home network, school network or even at work. Any player that assists with an illegal tranfer will be jailed for 5 days+ depending on each case. Player must deal directly with the member of staff who jailed them, other staff members will not get involved but will guide you to the right member of staff. 3. Scams No inmpersonating staff members or players. No scamming other players, if you have aranged a deal with someone you best follow through with it. No scamming player for account information. Everything you donate to a gang belongs to the gang owner and he decides what happens to the money, so be careful when donating. The gang owner can kick you at anytime he wants and what you donated stays in the gang. If you break any of the above rules then you will be punished with jail time which is decided by the member of staff at the time. 4. Selling Game Property / Affiliate Links In-game Property may not be sold for real life money or funds in another game, this includes accounts, points, donator packs, gold or anything transferable in Raging Mortals. Players may not make posts that offer to pay other players for clicking a link to any other site, or going to another site and performing some action. Players can still advertise websites or in-game items on the advertisement board located under Message Boards. Braking these rules will result in you being jailed by a member of staff for a period to be decided by them at the time. 5. Macros / Refreshers A macro is a program that plays part or all of the game for you. A refresher is a program that reloads a webpage at set intervals. Raging Mortals rewards players for their time spent on the game. Use of these programs gives players an unfair advantage and is strictly forbidden on all levels. The Anti-Macro Protection Page is designed to prevent players from using a macro. Players caught using a macro will be jailed and eventually deleted. Players caught using a refresher will be jailed for a minimum of 5 days. 6.Staff The only member of staff that can deal with donation issues is Miks who is the owner of Raging Mortals, you can mail him in-game or contact him via e-mail: owner@ragingmortals.com. Do not contact any other member of staff as they do not have access to donation errors and don not have the power to resolve these issues. The staff are here to provide a service and to help players with any matter they might have. If you need to contact a member of staff, the best way is by using the message board or mail them in-game. All staff regularly read the Forums and issues can be resolved by the right person in a timely manner. Any problems regarding staff should be sent to Miks who monitors everyone at the highest level. Any problems regarding a particular Message Board Ban or Jailing is to be resolved with the staff member that issued it. Other Staff will direct you to the punishing Staff member if you try to involve them. 7. Quitting Any player that decides to quit Raging Mortals is not allowed to give there items away i.e money, points, gold etc. Any player who receives items from a quitting player should return those items to either the quitting player or the game owner, anyone found keeping items will have them taken away and punished. If you wish to stop playing then simply logout and dont sign back in, all inactive accounts get deleted after a certain period of time. 8. Communication No discrimination of any kind is allowed. This includes but is not limited to: Race Gender Religion Nationality Ethnicity Sexuality No sexually suggestive material is permitted in any way, shape or form. This includes but is not limited to: Message Board Posts Chatroom Conversation Images Links to other website that have sexually suggestive material. Staff do check every single URL that is posted The staff of Raging Mortals retain the right to make changes to these rules. Braking these rules may result in, and not limited to: message board ban, chatroom ban, jailing or account deletion.
